Fight wrinkles naturally

Every woman longs for a beautiful, wrinkle-free skin: Some reach into the range of cosmetics, others use the natural path.

Skincare

For washing the skin, cleansers containing oils that soften the skin are suitable. Alpha-hydroxy-acids (citric, tartaric, lactic, malic), which are found in oranges, lemons, grapes, yoghurts, apples or sugar cane, ensure gentle natural exfoliation.

Since dry skin is much more susceptible to damage, it is advisable to provide it with hydration regularly. Some natural oils provide this. These include rosehip with a high vitamin A content, coconut that offers excellent antibacterial and antifungal effects, argan high in vitamin E and fatty acids that promote a younger skin or avocado, which offers a range of important vitamins and ideal for deep hydration.

Appropriate diet

Also, a suitable diet affects the appearance of your skin. If wrinkles often occur and it takes a long time to heal minor injuries, it is necessary to supply the body with more proteins found in chicken, eggs or fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna).

Vitamins are also needed for the skin. First of all it is folic acid – ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It is needed for the synthesis of collagen, without which the skin loses its elasticity and creates more wrinkles. Include strawberries, tomatoes, kiwi, peppers, cabbage or broccoli in the menu.
